Surface Pattern Design - textiles
A personal surface design project, playing with patterns and colour for textiles that could be used in the home. Based on the concept that the Hanging Gardens of Babylon have never been fully proven to exist, I created a version of what they could be.
Flower illustrations were created using a combination of handmade textures converted into PS brushes and layered. Base layers were handpainted before digitising.
